CUC Mudgee Region has had an inspiring day of sustainability, new ideas, and future planning! Studies in Sustainability on May 28 brought Mudgee High School students to the CUC to hear from UTS lecturer Milena Bojovic. Students worked together to plan sustainable cities of the future and to see where sustainability factors into our own lives. In the evening, local business owners and sustainability enthusiasts attended Sustainability in Business, where consultant Amanda Choy shared some of today's most exciting sustainability innovations. Everyone walked away inspired to improve their sustainable practices – we're ready for Plastic-free July! This event was made possible through funding from the ANZ Seeds of Renewal program from ANZ and the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal.
